Patrick C. Veroneau excelled in sales for over fifteen years, developing a formidable skill set in business planning, managing, public speaking, team building, mentoring, marketing, prospecting, client relations, and negotiating. Patrick’s innovative sales methods and personalized coaching techniques empower sales professionals and managers, forge bonds within teams, and create durable, profitable change in today’s most dynamic business environments.

Patrick began his career in retail management, building a foundation in customer service and seeing firsthand the vital importance of forging trust between customers, his products and his team. He spent the following fifteen years in outside sales—powering through struggles to recognition and success in the tax and payroll industry and commercial real estate. He spent the last decade in the fast-paced, highly competitive world of pharma and biotech, responsible for the sale of more than 15 different therapies and deeply involved in the launch of six new drugs. He held specialty positions in oncology, cardiology, pulmonology, psychiatry, internal medicine and family practice and received numerous regional and national sales and service awards. In 2008 he made his latest dream a reality—to begin a formal coaching career based on the strategies that had powered his sales success to individuals and teams.
